Compensation Amount:
Uptime percentages is measured separately per each storage class provided by Service, so the compensation is provided per each storage class separately.
| Service Uptime Percentage in Reporting Period | Compensation, % of Service Fee for a Storage class in Reporting Period |
|---|
| < 99.98%-99.00% | 10.0% |
| < 99.00%-90.00% | 15.0% |
| less than 90.00% | 30.0% |
Definition of Service Unavailability:
“Error Rate” means, for all requests to Storage Class: the total number of internal server errors returned by Service for all requests to the applicable storage class as error status “InternalError” or “ServiceUnavailable” divided by the total number of requests to the applicable storage class during the applicable 5-minute interval of the monthly billing cycle. We calculate the Error Rate for each account as a percentage for each 5-minute interval in the monthly billing cycle.
“Monthly Uptime Percentage” is calculated by subtracting from 100% the average of the Error Rates from each 5-minute interval in the monthly billing cycle. If you did not make any requests in a given 5-minute interval, that interval is assumed to have a 0% Error Rate. If you make any requests in a given 5-minute interval in which the Service’s storage class was unavailable according to the public Nebius availability metrics, that interval is assumed to have a 100% error rate.
“Storage Class” means a category of object storage within Nebius Object Storage defined by specific characteristics, including but not limited to performance, access latency, and pricing. Each Object Storage Class determines how data is stored, accessed, and billed, and may be assigned at the time of upload or changed thereafter in accordance with applicable service configurations or lifecycle policies.
