This document contains specific Terms of Use of Nebius Tunnel (“the Service”) and is an integral part of Nebius Services Agreement (“Agreement”) and Service Terms set forth at https://docs.nebius.com/legal/service-terms. Capitalized terms used herein but not defined herein shall have the meanings set forth in Agreement and Linked Documents.

1. Functional Features of the Service

1.1. The Service enables Customer to make their Customer Infrastructure accessible through the Internet without requiring public IP addresses, inbound firewall access, or direct exposure of the underlying infrastructure. The Service operates by establishing outbound connections between Customer-controlled environments and Nebius-managed infrastructure through which network traffic may be routed to Customer Infrastructure. 1.2. The functional features of the Service are fully described in Documentation of the Service posted on Site. 1.3. The Service is in Preview stage. 1.4. Customer may use the Service, if they use any other paid Nebius Service. 1.5. There is no Service Level provided for the Service.

2. Pricing

2.1. During Preview stage the Service is provided free of charge.

3. Definitions

Customer Infrastructure means Customer’s origin servers, applications, APIs, networks, local services, databases, and other backend resources that are connected to the Service through the Nebius Tunnel by running a Nebius connector within Customer’s server or network environment.
