This document contains specific terms of use of Container Registry (“the Service”) and is an integral part of Nebius Services Agreement (“Agreement”) and Service Terms set forth at https://docs.nebius.com/legal/service-terms. Capitalized terms used herein but not defined herein shall have the meanings set forth in Agreement and Linked Documents.

1. Functional Features of the Service

1.1. The Service enables the Customer to manage the existing Docker images and to perform other actions enabled by the functional features of the Service. 1.2. Functional Features of the Service: 1.2.1. placement, storage, reading, uploading, deletion of Docker images on Nebius resources; 1.2.2 other functional features of the Service, which Nebius at its sole discretion makes available to Customer. The full list of functional features is available to Customer on Site and / or in Management Console. 1.3. There is no Service Level provided for the Service.

2. Pricing

2.1. The use of Service is free of charge.

3. Definitions

Docker image means an image (file) containing Customer’s software resources such as: code, system tools, files and etc., as necessary to maintain an application’s operability regardless of the environment of its deployment.
