This document contains specific Terms of Use of Managed Soperator (“Service”) and is an integral part of Nebius Services Agreement (“Agreement”) and Service Terms set forth at https://docs.nebius.com/legal/service-terms. Capitalized terms used herein but not defined herein shall have the meanings set forth in Agreement and Linked Documents.

1. Functional Features of the Service

1.1. The Service enables the Customer to remotely manage Slurm® Clusters on the cloud-based resources of the Platform using Soperator and to perform other actions enabled by the functional features of the Service. 1.2. The Customer is provided with the following options as part of the Service: 1.2.1. to create a Soperator Cluster with required performance parameters; 1.2.2. to submit, manage, and monitor workloads executed by the Service on allocated computational resources; 1.2.3. other functional features of the Service that Nebius makes available to the Customer as it thinks fit. The full list of functional features is available to Customer on Site and / or in Management Console. 1.3. There is no Service Level provided for the Service.

2. Pricing

2.1. The use of Service is free of charge.

Definitions

Soperator Cluster means a managed soperator-based compute cluster operated by Nebius, consisting of a Control Plane and cloud-based computational resources used to execute Customer workloads. Control Plane means a software suite operated by Nebius on the Platform that provides Customer-facing interfaces and ensures the operation, scheduling, and management of the Soperator Cluster.
