Paying for Nebius AI Cloud services by bank card is available to both payer types: individuals and companies. To pay with a card, add it in the web console. After that, the card will be charged automatically at certain points when your pay-as-you-go balance is negative, and you will also be able to use it to top up the balance and pay for commitments.
For companies registered in Israel, bank card payments are not available. Israeli companies can pay only by bank transfer.

Adding a bank card

To pay with a bank card, add it to your billing details after signup. Make sure the card has sufficient funds for the required first payment, $25. We process the payments using Stripe. For more information on the card types accepted, see the Stripe documentation. You can use your bank card to pay for commitment discounts. The Nebius sales team will provide more details when arranging the commitment.

Automatic charging

Nebius AI Cloud debits your account balance in real time. Your card gets charged automatically in one of the following ways:
  • At the start of the month if your balance is negative.
  • When the billing threshold is reached.
If an attempt to charge your card is unsuccessful, your account is suspended. To avoid service interruption, from time to time check that your payment method is up to date.

Topping up your PAYG balance

To avoid automatic charging, you can manually top up your balance at any time:
  1. On the Billing section of the web console, click https://mintcdn.com/nebius-ai-cloud/1Ha0sWR6e1mnIaHS/_assets/button-add.svg?fit=max&auto=format&n=1Ha0sWR6e1mnIaHS&q=85&s=57966648c2e33320853c08c657d10af1.
  2. Specify the amount to add to the balance. The minimum amount is $25.
  3. Check the card details and click Continue.
Once the top-up is completed, the balance will be available for use immediately.

Changing card or payment method

To change to another bank card, go to Billing and, under Payment details, click https://mintcdn.com/nebius-ai-cloud/1Ha0sWR6e1mnIaHS/_assets/button-edit.svg?fit=max&auto=format&n=1Ha0sWR6e1mnIaHS&q=85&s=f0faacbf9f9ce2425edc683c5dc0f7f8. If you are a company, you can also change your payment method to bank transfers by contacting support. Bank transfers are not available to individuals.
