Companies can pay for Nebius AI Cloud services by bank transfer. To pay by bank transfer, set them as your payment method; the Nebius sales team will help you set it up. After that, you will be able to pay for your pay-as-you-go and commitment discounts following the payment process. Bank transfers are not available to individuals. For companies from Israel, bank transfers in Israeli shekels (ILS, ₪) are the only payment method available.

Setting up bank transfers

During the signup, contact the sales team and request this option. You can also switch to this payment method by contacting support.

Paying by bank transfer

After bank transfers are set up as your payment method, you will be able to use them to pay your invoices and proforma invoices. Nebius issues them depending on your billing model and payment type:
  • Pay-as-you-go usage At the beginning of each month you will receive an invoice for the previous month’s usage. This includes details of the resources used and their total cost, as well as bank transfer details.
  • Commitments Generally, commitments are prepaid. At the beginning of the commitment period you will receive a proforma invoice with bank transfer details. After you have paid with the proforma invoice, the Nebius team will process it and send you an invoice as a record of what you have paid for. You do not need to pay an invoice once you have paid a proforma invoice. For different arrangements, please contact the Nebius sales team.
  • PAYG balance top-up To top up your PAYG balance, request a proforma invoice from the Nebius sales team. Once you have paid the proforma invoice, the Nebius team will process it and send you an invoice as a record of what you have paid for. You do not need to pay this invoice once you have paid a proforma invoice. You can also check your balance in the Billing section of the web console.
You will get proforma invoices and invoices at the email address that you specified in the contract application.
If you make a mistake during the transfer, we might not be able to find and apply your payment. Please double-check all the details. If your Nebius AI Cloud resources remain unpaid, your account may be suspended.
