Depending on your payer type and location, using Nebius AI Cloud resources might be subject to taxes. In some countries, reverse charge may apply to companies that provide a valid in their billing setup. If taxes are applicable, they are included on your invoices on a separate line. The table below outlines the taxes applicable to companies and individuals in different locations. If your location isn’t listed, Nebius doesn’t add taxes to your invoices.

The amount is calculated according to the tax laws of India and shown on invoices in USD. The amount is converted to EUR and repeated on another line.
Israel	VAT applies. The amount is calculated according to the tax laws of Israel and shown on invoices in ILS.	VAT applies. The amount is calculated according to the tax laws of Israel and shown on invoices in ILS.
Singapore	Reverse charge may apply to companies with a valid GSTIN. For companies that sign up with a tax ID, conditions for individuals apply.	GST applies. The amount is calculated according to the tax laws of Singapore and shown on invoices in USD. The amount is converted to EUR and repeated on another line.
United Arab Emirates	Reverse charge may apply to companies with a valid VAT ID. For companies that sign up with a tax ID, conditions for individuals apply.	VAT applies.
