This document contains specific terms of use of Managed Service for Apache Spark™ (“Service”) and is an integral part of Nebius Services Agreement (“Agreement”) and Service Terms set forth at https://docs.nebius.com/legal/service-terms. Capitalized terms used herein but not defined herein shall have the meanings set forth in Agreement and Linked Documents.

1. Functional Features of the Service

1.1. The Service allows Customer to simplify and accelerate data engineering and machine learning workloads while processing Customer Data. 1.2. The functional features of the Service are fully described in Documentation of the Service posted on Site. 1.3. The Service is at Preview stage. 1.4. Customer may use the Service, if they use any other paid Nebius Service. 1.5. There is no Service Level provided for the Service.

2. Pricing

2.1. During Preview stage the Service is provided free of change.
