A1: Data Act applies to Nebius as a Cloud Services provider. As part of our compliance program:- Nebius ensures that our Customers can from the contractual and technical perspectives seamlessly transfer their data from one Cloud Service Provider to another one, or to use multicloud.
- Nebius also updated its internal procedure for responding to requests from supervisory authorities in the field of personal data to cater also for non-personal data. Hence, your now non-personal data are protected in the same regime as personal data.
Q2: How can I exercise my data portability right with respect to my non-personal data?
A2: Pursuant to the Data Act, customers have the right to receive a copy of their non-personal data, at Nebius we introduced the procedure in a self-service regime, so our customers can download their non-personal data from the respective services via the following manual.Q3: Do Customers pay for the provisioning of the non-personal data?
A3: Given that non-personal data processed in the respective services are available for download in a self-service regime, Nebius does not charge for this operation. However, in case you request more data than the data which we deem as in scope for your request to ensure essential equivalence of the service should you decide to start using the alternative/competing cloud service, we might charge you reasonable cost associated with data preparation as Data Act allows will 12 January 2027.
