# How to pay with a bank card

Paying for Nebius AI Cloud services by bank card is available to both [payer types](/signup-billing/payments/payers): individuals and companies. To pay with a card, [add it](#adding-a-bank-card) in the web console. After that, the card will be [charged automatically](#automatic-charging) at certain points when your [pay-as-you-go](/signup-billing/billing-models/payg) balance is negative, and you will also be able to use it to [top up the balance](#topping-up-your-payg-balance) and [pay for commitments](/signup-billing/billing-models/committed-usage).

  For companies registered in Israel, bank card payments are not available. Israeli companies can pay only by [bank transfer](/signup-billing/payments/bank-transfers).

## Adding a bank card

To pay with a bank card, add it to your billing details after signup. Make sure the card has sufficient funds for the required first payment, \$25.

We process the payments using [Stripe](https://stripe.com/). For more information on the card types accepted, see the [Stripe documentation](https://docs.stripe.com/payments/cards).

You can use your bank card to pay for commitment discounts. The Nebius sales team will provide more details when arranging the commitment.

## Automatic charging

Nebius AI Cloud debits your account balance in real time. Your card gets charged automatically in one of the following ways:

* At the start of the month if your balance is negative.
* When the [billing threshold](/signup-billing/payments/threshold) is reached.

If an attempt to charge your card is unsuccessful, your account is suspended. To avoid service interruption, from time to time check that your payment method is up to date.

## Topping up your PAYG balance

To avoid automatic charging, you can manually top up your balance at any time:

1. In the **Billing** section of the web console, click <Icon icon="https://mintcdn.com/nebius-ai-cloud/1Ha0sWR6e1mnIaHS/_assets/button-add.svg?fit=max&auto=format&n=1Ha0sWR6e1mnIaHS&q=85&s=57966648c2e33320853c08c657d10af1" width="24" height="24" data-path="_assets/button-add.svg" />.
2. Specify the amount to add to the balance. The minimum amount is \$25.
3. Check the card details and click **Continue**.

Once the top-up is completed, the balance will be available for use immediately.

## Changing card or payment method

To change to another bank card, go to [Billing](https://console.nebius.com/billing/) and, under **Payment details**, click <Icon icon="https://mintcdn.com/nebius-ai-cloud/1Ha0sWR6e1mnIaHS/_assets/button-edit.svg?fit=max&auto=format&n=1Ha0sWR6e1mnIaHS&q=85&s=f0faacbf9f9ce2425edc683c5dc0f7f8" width="24" height="24" data-path="_assets/button-edit.svg" />.

If you are a company, you can also change your payment method to [bank transfers](/signup-billing/payments/bank-transfers) by [contacting support](https://console.nebius.com/support/create-ticket). Bank transfers are not available to individuals.
