# Terms of Use of Key Management Service (KMS)

This document contains specific Terms of Use of **KMS** ("**the Service**") and is an integral part of Nebius Services Agreement ("**Agreement**") and Service Terms set forth at [https://docs.nebius.com/legal/service-terms](https://docs.nebius.com/legal/service-terms). Capitalized terms used herein but not defined herein shall have the meanings set forth in Agreement and Linked Documents.

## 1. Functional Features of the Service

1.1. The Service allows Customer to manage symmetric and asymmetric cryptographic keys and perform encryption/decryption/sign operations, ensuring the protection of data within a cloud environment.

1.2. The functional features of the Service are fully described in Documentation of the Service posted on Site.

1.3. The Service is in Preview stage.

1.4. Customer may use the Service, if they use any other paid Nebius Service.

1.5. There is no Service Level provided for the Service.

## 2. Pricing

2.1. During Preview stage the Service is provided free of change.
