# Service Level for Managed MLflow

This document defines Service Level of Managed Service for MLflow (**"Service"**) and is an integral part of Nebius Services Agreement (**"Agreement"**) and SLA available at: [https://docs.nebius.com/legal/sla](https://docs.nebius.com/legal/sla). Capitalized terms used herein but not defined herein shall have the meanings set forth in Agreement and Linked Documents.

## Compensation Amount

Availability of MLflow Service:

| Service Uptime Percentage in Reporting Period | Compensation, % of Service Fee for Service in Reporting Period |
| --------------------------------------------- | -------------------------------------------------------------- |
| \< 95.00%-93.00%                              | 10.0%                                                          |
| \< 93.00%-90.00%                              | 15.0%                                                          |
| less than 90.00%                              | 30.0%                                                          |

## Definition of Service Unavailability

**Unavailability of Service** means the inability to perform one or more of the following functions for a Managed MLflow Cluster:

1. Access the MLflow web user interface 
2. Create new experiments or runs
3. Write metrics and parameters for experiments
4. Read metrics and parameters about experiments
5. Upload models to the Model Registry
6. Download a model from the Model Registry 

If any of the above functionalities is not available, the Service is considered unavailable for the purposes of calculating Service Uptime Percentage.
