# Service Level for Container Registry

This document defines Service Levels for Container Registry (the **"Service"**) and is an integral part of Nebius Services Agreement (**"Agreement"**) and SLA available at: [https://docs.nebius.com/legal/sla](https://docs.nebius.com/legal/sla). Capitalized terms used herein but not defined herein shall have the meanings set forth in Agreement and Linked Documents.

## Definition of the Service Unavailability

* 50x response codes for more than 10% of queries during the observation time (not less than 5 minutes);
* the network unavailability of endpoint `cr.ai.nebius.cloud` due to a preview suspension or other problems of Nebius.
